Care Team Lead: Jennifer Hough, LPN
Regional Care Manger: Victor Shrinnikoff
Victor completed his Bachelor of Nursing (RN) in 2001. After immigrating to Canada from Australia in 2008, he joined Brewster Healthcare Group for the change and the challenge.
His passion for senior care shows in the way he ensures all residents receive the highest possible standard of care.
Victor loves his job and it shows. He believes every problem as a challenges rather than an inconvenience.
The major focus for Victor is to coordinate, support and implement care throughout all the Brewster Healthcare homes, ensuring there is a high standard across the organization.
Director of Finance: Jeff Wheeler, BComm CMA
Jeff joined the Brewster Healthcare Group Inc. in August of 2008 as a Business Consultant. In June of 2009, Mr Wheeler was promoted to Director of Finance, and oversees the financial operations of BHG.
Mr. Wheeler has over 15 years’ experience in Accounting and Finance. Prior to joining BHG, he served as Controller at the Kelowna Community Food Bank and Enquiro Search Solutions.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and is currently in the final stages of completing his CMA designation.
Director of Information Technologies: Brad Johnson, MCSE
Brad is responsible for all aspects of Information Technology at the Company. He brings a broad range of experience, technical skill and management capabilities to the position. Brad’s duties include supporting corporate administration and operations. In his 11+ years in IT, Brad held positions of increasing responsibility working as an information systems manager, a consultant and a network/system engineer.
Director of Operations: Shelley Gilmore, CHRP
Business Development Manager: Mark MacLeod
Mark brings his experience as a medical sales professional to his position as the Business Development Manager for the Brewster Healthcare Group. In that time, he was able to establish strong relationships with clients as diverse as retail pharmacies and corporate head office decision makers.
Mark’s passion for success led him to BHG where he is responsible for helping seniors choose the right care and accommodation for their current and long term needs. His strength is promoting the company through tradeshows, industry conferences and small group gatherings.
Mark is a dedicated family man who cares about the people he works with and works hard to build lasting relationships with suppliers, health service agencies and patients.
